Diabetic Audit Reports

The report imports a series of diabetic management data into a Microsoft Excel workbook for all patients diagnosed with diabetes.

It includes earliest and latest diagnosis, recall dates and annual review dates, so that you may also manage recalls and whether the care is being managed at the hospital, practice or shared.

The data collected is immediate and the report maybe run as often as you like.
